5.0New in Vocion 5.0.

An assistant for every person. It asks your teams for you.

Your assistant lives in a private workspace. No one else can open it in Vocion, including admins. Ask it about a deal, a release or a customer. It asks the workspace that knows, tells you where each answer came from, and drafts what needs drafting. Emails it drafts wait for your approval.

Sample data. Simplified from the Vocion app.

Needs you

The decisions waiting on you, in one list.

Approvals, questions and recommendations from every workspace you are in, your own first. Each one names the agent that recommends it. An item from a shared workspace opens in that workspace, where you decide it.

Across workspaces
One list, with yours first.
Says what and why
Each row says what the agent proposes and why.
Sample data. Simplified from the Vocion app.

Your brief

What changed, and what needs you today.

Your brief shows what is waiting on you and the latest brief from each workspace you belong to.

Sample data. Simplified from the Vocion app.

Ask across workspaces

Ask once. It asks the team that knows.

Ask your assistant about a deal, a release or a customer. It asks the workspace that knows, in your own thread, and names which workspace each fact came from, with a link. The exchange is saved in that workspace too, so its team can open it.

Private by default
Your assistant lives in a personal workspace only you can open.
Costs land where the work is
Asking a shared workspace is charged to that workspace.

Decide where you are

Work with your assistant by text.

Turn on texts and send your assistant a request from your phone. When it drafts something that needs your approval, it tells you exactly what will be sent. Reply in plain words. Your reply is read against the drafts waiting in that thread, counts only from the number on your profile, and is recorded as your decision. Vocion confirms which draft it decided. A text about a decision raised somewhere else links to it, and you decide it in the app.

Names the action
Each draft says what will happen if you approve.
Known senders only
An unknown number decides nothing.

Channels

Wherever you already are.

The same decisions and the same record, whichever way you answer. Your team sets up each channel beyond the app once.

In the app

Needs you, on the web and on your phone.

Slack

Reply in the thread where the request was raised. Needs the Vocion Slack app.

Email

Reply to the message to decide. Replies are matched by sender address, so use the app or Slack for protected actions. Needs inbound email on your domain.

SMS

Reply in the text thread where the request was raised. Needs a Twilio number your team registers. Off until you turn it on.

Claude and ChatGPT

Connect over OAuth, then ask or decide from there.

Every decision is recorded

Who decided and when is on the record.

Notifications are opt-in

Texts are off until you choose what should reach you.

One number for the team

A shared number routes each person to their own assistant.
