Apps · Routines
Teach the work once. Vocion does it for every row.
A specialist records the task in Slate on the real system and says why each step happens. Vocion turns the recording into a routine. Once its expert approves it, Vocion runs it for every row of a list, each in a browser of its own.
- 01
Taught from a recording
Each step links to its moment in the recording.
- 02
An expert for every routine
Exceptions go to them, one decision each.
- 03
Every change read back
Each run checks what it saved, and a row is never done twice.
Teach
Record it once and say why.
Do the task in Slate on the system you already use, and narrate as you go. Vocion drafts the steps, the rules, when to ask the expert and what is never allowed. Then it asks the expert what one recording cannot settle.
Record
The real task, in Slate, saying why.
Draft
Steps linked to moments, and the rules.
Ask
What one example cannot settle.
Approve
The expert approves it and sets its trust.
Run
Hand it a list and watch one queue.
Each row runs in its own browser, many at once. When a row hits an exception, the routine's expert gets one decision, with the page as evidence and the recommended answer first. Their answer goes back to that run, and it carries on.
- Checked after every save
- Each change is read back and kept as a receipt.
- Nothing done twice
- A row the routine already did is skipped, with where it was done.
Reconcile
Then it checks the system against the list.
After the rows, Vocion reads the system and finds what the list does not account for, such as users in the account who are not on the roster. The expert decides what happens to them, and that runs as its own batch. The report gives the results, the time against doing it by hand, and the cost.
Turn it on
Add it to any workspace.
Turn on Routines from the Marketplace or in workspace.yaml. It runs on browser runs. To teach from a recording, connect Slate.

plugins: [routines]Trust you set
Drafted: every change waits for a person. Approved: the changes it was taught run on their own. Autonomous: earned after 20 verified runs.
A browser per row
Rows share no cookies or sign-ins, and each browser closes when its run ends.
Passwords stay out of the model
A routine can remember its sign-in, sealed, so a batch asked for in chat needs no password. The browser types it.
