MCP tools
Every tool runs as the token's (or the local server's) workspace and permissions. Setup: MCP.

Local (stdio) only
workspace_list, workspace_get, workspace_write_skill, workspace_write_playbook, workspace_write_mission, workspace_write_agent, workspace_write_object_type, workspace_delete, workspace_diff, workspace_apply. These read and write the workspace files on disk, so the hosted endpoint doesn't offer them.
